New additions to our engineering and drafting departments
As mentioned in the previous post, Inland Building Systems has been very fortunate in the continued growth since Schulte Building Systems acquired Inland Building Systems in 2008.
We only have our customers to thank for their continued patronage, along with our parent company, Schulte Building Systems, for their continued support. We are extremely proud to announce the following individuals have joined the Inland Building Systems’ service team. These additions are a continuation of Inland Building Systems commitment to maintaining a professional staff of employees that will offer the level of service we aspire to maintain and ever improving.
We have added four design engineers to our engineering staff:
Lyle Lankford has joined our Portland, Tennessee Engineering Office. Lyle has over 16 years of engineering experience. Lyle left the metal building industry for a couple of years, however has elected to rejoin the industry. In his move to return to the metal building industry, Lyle has applied to have his professional engineering license reinstated.
Bert Chop, P.E. has been hired also as a design engineer. Bert has over 18 years of experience. Bert brings a vast amount of experience in the highly complex type of projects.
J.J. Goudeau, P.E. is also an addition to our design engineering corps. J.J., likewise has over 18 years of experience. J.J.’s experience also is in the highly complex type of projects.
Josh Nix, P.E., who has been working in Inland Building Systems’ estimating department since joining Inland Building Systems, recently was successful in passing his Professional Engineers Examination. Because of Josh Nix, P.E. successfully attaining his professional license, Josh has accepted a promotion as design engineer.
Kenneth Jay has joined Inland Building Systems in the Estimating Department. Kenneth Jay has filled the vacancy created by Josh Nix’s promotion. Ken brings 28 years of metal building estimating experience to his position. Ken also is very experienced in the highly complex type metal building projects.
We have added the following personnel to our drafting squads.
Mickey Young has joined Inland Building Systems as a draftsman for highly complex type project. Mickey brings nine years of drafting experience on all types of complexity level projects.
Jessica Walker has joined Inland Building Systems’ Drafting Department as an AutoCAD operator for our Cullman, Alabama drafting department.
Rick Corley has also joined Inland Building Systems’ Drafting Department as an AutoCAD operator for our Cullman office. Rickey has over ten years of experience in drafting.
Rod Roper has been promoted to the position of Sales Service Manager. Rod has been in Inland Building Systems’ Cullman Drafting Department for the last four years.
